• Centralize Pet Management. Our proprietary screening platform is a single source that adds a layer of liability protection by having a standardized process when dealing with household pets. For each pet & pet owner, we provide you a Pet Profile and calculated risk FIDO Score with the pet's breed, age, weight, vaccination records, photos, and behavioral history.
• Streamline Assistance Animal Validation. We apply our professional and comprehensive legal and FHAct/HUD guideline review process to every reasonable accommodation request for an assistance animal (service/ESA/companion/etc.) we receive.
• Limit Unauthorized Pets. Our profile for non-pet owning residents ensures they formally acknowledge your pet policies. We make it easy to spot unauthorized pets, repeat pet sitters, and visiting pets when conducting pet audits. This encourages residents to report any pet or animal acquired mid-lease.
