Frequently asked questions

Are there any fees for an education session?

Our educational sessions are completely free, with the exception of Mental Health First Aid. There's no cost or obligation associated with booking one of our speakers. We offer a full-day Mental Health First Aid certification training, which has an associated fee. Please connect with us to learn more.

Am I guaranteed to have a session scheduled once I request one?

While we aim to accommodate all requests, session availability depends on speaker schedules and topic alignment. Submissions do not guarantee booking. Our team will reach out to confirm availability.

How will I know which speaker is best for my topic?

After you submit your request, our team will connect with you to recommend the speaker whose expertise best matches your subject and audience needs.

Can I request a specific speaker?

Yes! You’re welcome to indicate a preference during your request (e.g., John Bradford for compliance topics, Arlene Mayfield for PropTech trends, Jennifer Stoops for resident experience strategies, etc.). We’ll do our best to accommodate.

What topics do your speakers cover?

Each expert brings a unique focus:

John Bradford – Fair housing law, compliance, leadership, operations

Arlene Mayfield – PropTech adoption, operational strategy, inclusive leasing

Jennifer Stoops – Resident experience innovation, technology adoption, market trends

Victoria Cowart, CPM, NAAEI Faculty - Operational Training, Financials, Fair Housing, Mental Health
How much advance notice do you need to schedule a session?

For best availability and speaker match, we recommend requesting sessions at least 2 months in advance. Shorter notice may limit speaker options.

Can sessions be held both in person and virtually?

Yes, we tailor formats to the event and the audience: webinars for small groups, and in-person sessions for larger trainings or conferences. Most sessions are online for convenience, with in-person options available as well.

What format do the sessions typically take?

Formats vary and include keynotes, consultative discussions, panel-style presentations, or interactive workshops based on topic and audience preference.

How do I request a session?

Just complete the request form on this page with your preferred dates, topics, audience details, and format. We'll review and connect with you to finalize scheduling.
