Meet our presenter

Victoria Cowart, CPM, NAAEI Faculty, is the Senior Director of Education & Enterprise Sales for PetScreening, facilitating sessions for companies and associations around the country. Previously, she was a direct multi-family industry member with extensive experience providing portfolio management. Victoria obtained her degree in the management of human resources, her industry CPM designation, and a certification as an NAAEI Faculty member. Cowart has served the industry at local, state, and national levels - most recently as the National Apartment Association Region IV VP, the 2021 Legislative Committee Chair, and as a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a dedicated wife, mother, and advocate for education, pets, and assistance animals.
