Victoria Cowart, CPM, NAAEI Faculty is the Sr. Director of Education & Enterprise Sales at PetScreening with extensive property management experience.
She helped found the Charleston Apartment Association, led the South Carolina Apartment Association, and has held key roles in the National Apartment Association.
Inducted into the South Carolina Apartment Association Hall of Fame, she champions industry education and animal advocacy. Cowart holds a degree in Human Resource Management and is a certified Adult Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
