A household pet profile will receive a 0-paw FIDO score when one or more or restrictions regarding weight, breed, age, or spay/neuter status is present in the pet profile.

Please note, we do not approve or reject pets. Ultimately, the final decision to accept or deny a household pet is made by the housing provider.

Once we receive your completed sheet, we will initiate the integration (depending on your PM software). We will then get your teams registered for a self paced LMS training on PetScreening. The training takes less than an hour and your team will have 5 days to complete it. Once the training is complete you will go live!
