FIDO Pricing is an optional, tiered pet fee system that you can implement at your property. The fees you charge pet owners would vary based on the level of risk each household pet poses. FIDO pricing can help you generate more revenue and offset unexpected pet-related damage to your units. You can read more about it here!

A household pet profile will receive a 0-paw FIDO score when one or more or restrictions regarding weight, breed, age, or spay/neuter status is present in the pet profile.

Please note, we do not approve or reject pets. Ultimately, the final decision to accept or deny a household pet is made by the housing provider.

The training takes less than an hour and your team will have 5 days to complete it. Once the training is complete you will go live!
