Self-Guided Training
You are now prepared to start your training in our learning management system. There are two self-paced training options available: Basic and Advanced. Both options take approximately 45-50 minutes each to complete.
Note: An email from learn@petscreening.com will be sent to confirm your enrollment in the training. We recommend marking our domain as “safe” to ensure our emails reach you.
Please reach out to learn@petscreening.com if you have previously enrolled in training and would like to take it again as a refresher.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I register for onboarding training?
Our Client Operations team will enroll any team members that were included on your new property setup sheet(s) in our Onboarding training in our Learning Management System (LMS).
Upon being registered, learners will receive a welcome email with a learner portal link to get started with the training. We’re pawsitive you will enjoy this training!
How much time is needed to complete the onboarding training?
Our onboarding training consists of 6 required lessons with an optional FAQ or POV (Household Pet profile creation) lesson.
The training takes roughly 45 - 50 minutes (if completed in one sitting).
How long will I have access to the onboarding training?
You will have 7 days to complete our Onboarding training (including the day that you were enrolled by our team).
The training can be completed in multiple sittings (if needed) during your 7-day access period.
We send several reminder emails before your learner portal access expires and will provide you with a link to request a 3-day training extension if needed.
When will I receive login credentials for my PetScreening account?
In most cases, your account will be enabled in 7 days by your Client Success Manager at PetScreening who will provide you with user access and marketing materials for your property via email.
For existing clients who are adding a property or franchise, your account will be enabled immediately after training. In this case, you will receive your login credentials within the next business day.
Is ongoing training available after onboarding?
Yes! We will send your team a link to register for our Advanced Onboarding training 60 days after your property has deployed PetScreening.
The Advanced training will provide tips to streamline and maintain the best data in PetScreening, equip you with best practices to ensure you have the most accurate profiles, maximize profile compliance, and broaden your understanding of our Assistance Animal review process.
What should I do if I don't receive the initial welcome email?
Please check the spam and promotions folders in your email for the campaign welcome email before notifying our team that you did not receive it.
If you still do not see the email in either location, please notify the contact at PetScreening whom you have been in contact with regarding the training.
Our final suggestion is to contact your account’s Pack Leader or your Operations team and request that they whitelist conveyour.com and petscreening.com. Another option is whitelisting our sending IP address, which is 147.253.212.147.
Please notify our team once one of these changes has been made so we can resend the training welcome email.
